Our contract review is a full review of your contract on a clause by clause basis providing feedback on each clause and offering a view, on balance, of whether or not your contract would be defendable in the event of an IR35 enquiry.
We can usually provide the review to you within 48 hours of you sending your payment to us. Our rate for the review is £109 including VAT.
If you would like your contract reviewed for IR35, please email us at mail@ir35-compliance.co.uk attaching a copy of your contract. We'll then send you an invoice for £109 and on receipt of your confirmation that you have sent your payment we will begin the review.
