You can get your limited company set up and enter into all future contracts via this company.  In reality we would suggest that you set up your limited company in preparation for step 2 above so that it is ready and waiting when your old contract expires.

 

Probably the easiest way to do this will be to use an online limited company where you can do everything over the internet.
